You don't have to be on that crazy diet -- we don't even want to spell it out (you know, the A-word) -- to get the urge to sink your teeth into a big piece of meat. A lot of big pieces of meat, in fact. And that's just what's waiting for you at Villa del Sol, a small place in South San Francisco that specializes in the famous Argentine special parillada, piles of grilled meat stacked on a stand that mimics a tiny barbecue. For $32.95, you get short ribs, dark morcilla blood sausage, pork sausage, a pork chop, a couple of chunks of flank steak, two pieces of chicken, and several grilled sweetbreads, as well as a bowl of green salad in a sharp vinaigrette and another of chimichurri sauce (heady with parsley and garlic). The menu says this dish serves two, but ignore the A-word, get a side of the terrific oily french fries and maybe one of the house-made pastas (we like the fettuccini in pesto sauce -- more garlic!), and you've got a feast for three or four.
